Your Appointment Co-Ordinator Should Be Handling 150 Customer Touches Per Day

Your Appointment Co-Ordinator should be handling 150 customer touches per day.

That includes inbound calls, outbound calls, texts, and emails. Text and email back-and-forth only count as one.

If you measure your current Appointment Co-Ordinators’ performance, I bet they are anywhere between 45-80 customer touches per day.

And how much are they booking average appointment – across all appointments booked (retail/warranty/recalls, etc)? I bet is less than $40/average – I bet probably even much lower than that.

But they should be well beyond $100.  $100 is a starting point.

They should be into the $150-$175, and maxing out at just over $200 in pre-sales on Maintenance Scheduled Services the customer isn’t asking for when booking an appointment.

You need more Parts & Labour sales? This is how you can capture $1 million in additional parts and labour sales when you’re up to full speed for the average-sized dealership.
