Dealer eBDC was developed by an experienced Fixed Operations Management & BDC team, whose expertise are Service & Parts growth using marketing, a Service & Parts BDC, and doing it at scale across many dealerships.
From those years of experience and growth, was born the idea of developing the process at an even larger scale for other dealerships. A plug-and-play model that can be replicated, where other dealerships can realize the same results, without the experience, training, time investment, and costs of trying to figure out a Business Development Center department themselves.
Today, Dealer eBDC allows dealerships a way to grow their fixed operations department’s revenue, and retail customer pay work order count with ease, at a fraction of the cost of one employee.

SHAWN LARKIN
Shawn has spent his entire career in the Automotive Industry. Starting as a shipper in the Parts Department at his local Ford dealer, he worked his way up to Fixed Operations Director, operating multiple locations consisting of more than 75 employees, and over $17 Million Dollars in annual revenue. Shawn is NADA and Performance Group 20 trained with 20 years of experience, a Fixed Operations Magazine Feature Article Contributor, and a writer for Modern Dealer Magazine.
Shawn brings a deep understanding of how parts and service departments work, their economics, their needs, and problems. He has restructured multiple operations that lacked leadership, were laced with problems, had no process, and were underperforming.
Alongside his many astounding career stats and achievements, Shawn has a strong passion for the sport of stock car racing. He thoroughly enjoys traveling nationwide, following the circuit and enjoying the thrill of the race!
Overall, Shawn’s Entrepreneurial pride and courage is nothing short of remarkable. Day in and day out he is the heart of Dealer eBDC.

CRYSTAL NICHOLSON
Crystal is part of the Founding team at Dealer eBDC, the Dealer Account Manager, and a Shareholder.
Crystal runs our eBDC Team, helps dealerships grow their fixed operations department’s revenue, works closely with BDC departments in dealerships to retain current customers and retain lost customers, and comes from extensive Fixed Op’s, Marketing, and HR background within the dealership industry.
She has worked alongside Shawn for the past 15 years. Starting her automotive career in the parts department, she has evolved into an irreplaceable asset to the Dealer eBDC Team. Her extensive knowledge, drive and passion sets her apart in her career. In fact, there is no one that does what she does, or knows how to, in the Service BDC Industry. She has been mentored by the Industry’s very best and it shows in her work.
Outside of her career, she enjoys the equine lifestyle, adventuring the world, and spending quality time with her daughter. She is a “go getter” and lives by the phrase, “You can always get more money, but you can never get more time.” (Jim Rohn)

JORDAN BOWIE
Jordan originally comes from the Parts Department and has a ton of in-depth skills on parts inventory control, while becoming a data expert over the last 12 years. Jordan works closely with the executive team and daily with new and existing customers, while also dipping into the back end on the data side of what runs Dealer eBDC.
Working in a dealership, understanding how to policy, processes, the value of data, being able to extract it, read it like a book, and manipulate it, has been an incredible asset for both her, and Dealer eBDC. Being knowledgeable on a technical level with parts inventory is a bonus, as it’s something that is beneficial for her when talking to dealers about Service, and how it correlates with the Parts Department.
